Hello! I hope each of you are having a great summer!

If you are new to dual enrollment course this fall (or next spring), I highly encourage you and your family to attend one of our 10 orientation sessions this fall. Orientation sessions are designed to educate students, along with their supportive families, taking dual enrollment courses for the first time.

We will cover all aspects of dual enrollment courses, including those taught in-person and online.

Please join us for one of our orientation events. Events will be held on the main campus, at off-site locations, and over Zoom. NOTE: Students and families only need to sign up for one orientation session. All sessions will feature the same presentation. In-person session seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.


Aug. 9-12 – 6 p.m. via Zoom

Aug. 13 – 10 a.m. via Zoom

Aug. 15 – 6 p.m., WCC at the Henderson (Marion)

Aug. 16-17 – 6 p.m., WCC main campus (Carroll 118)

Aug. 18 – 6 p.m., Crossroads (Galax)

Aug. 19 – 6 p.m. via Zoom

Transfer Virginia provides transparent, accessible, consistent, and current information to students throughout the college selection, enrollment, and transfer process. You can research, plan, and organize your college and transfer journey using the information and resources available within this portal from Virginia’s participating institutions.
The full release in March 2022 brings more institutions and features to the portal.
